Product measurement audit
Quoted after an intake note. Recent single-journey audits sat between RM 28,000 and RM 46,000. The quote moves if the journey crosses more than one issuer, if settlement files arrive late, or if we must travel outside Sabah.
A deposit of 40% is due when you accept the quote. The balance is due on delivery of the final pack. See refunds for what happens if the work stops early.
Event naming workshop
RM 7,400 for one facilitated day in Kota Kinabalu, including the glossary. A room and travel outside Sabah are billed at cost once you approve them.
Retention and drop-off readout
RM 12,800 for one cohort window and one journey. Extra windows are quoted; they are not automatically cheaper.
What changes a quote
- Whether redacted settlement or case files can leave your building
- Number of environments we must walk
- Whether interviews need Bahasa Malaysia and English on the same day
- A hard board date that compresses the matching pass
What we will not price
Ongoing “always on” reporting, advertising spend, or a catalogue of every screen in the app. If you need that, you need a different kind of firm.
